A little about Rosalie...
I am Rose DeMarco; my company is S&R Notary Solutions. I am a College Business & Computer Professor for the past 30 years for SDSU and every community college from the border to San Jacinto including k-12. I am now semi-retired and now teach a few courses online. I am a Navy Veteran and have served my country proudly for 20 years. I have been a consultant for business since 1989.
We have been an online training program for the past two years until recently. We provide professional Notary Public training and we are approved by the California Secretary of State and Better Business Bureau. Our home office is in Winchester but our seminars are currently in Old Town Temecula and we are expanding to other areas bi-monthly.
All our seminars include a certificate of completion and we offer the option of an E-Book or Printed Copy. Our Seminars are:
· Notary Public – we train potential Notaries to pass the state exam to get their commission. The course is a 6 hour course, 3 hours for renewals.
· Notary Loan Signing – we train on how to complete loan documents find potential clients and what their clients may be looking for.
· Notary Business Start-up – we help notaries’ set- up and show them how to be successful with their Notary Business. We also help them brainstorm how they can add Notary Services to their current business and other complimenting services such as Pre-Paid Legal to expand their earning potential.
We are a one-stop shop where we also provide:
· Notary Supplies at a discount. Bring our business card to the seminar and we will offer you a $10 discount on Notary Supplies. We are also affiliated with an agent that provides Bonds and Errors and Omission insurance.
· The required state exam the same day.
· We have the equipment on hand to take the passport photo needed to meet the state requirement.
· We have connected with Mobile Live-Scan Notary Agent to have your live-scan done immediately only $71
I also provide Mobile Notary Services. I specialize in loan documents, but I am experienced with all documents.
